So I've been extremely stressed out over the last two years and experienced a lot of hair loss (no bald patches but still really bad) and hair thinning and it has not been pleasant at all!
Like I remember when my hair was so thick I would break a bunch of buckles trying to put it in a ponytail!
So a friend of mine swears by John Frieda and I've been meaning to try it out.. so low and behold she gave me a sample of it and I tried it out and fell in love! I couldn't believe it worked in making my hair feel fuller like it had once been! :D
So me being weird and all thought it would be cool If I did some sort of before and after picture, so lets get on it then...
So this was before I tried it out.. my hair looks very limp and dead..
and this is what it looked like after the shampoo and conditioner...
My hair is a mess but you can visibly see the difference and it felt amazing.. definitely would recommend this product!
So overall this did work and I am really considering buying the full size, just got to find it first! Haha, but really though it is a great product that does it's name proud!
